With over 40 different activity types compatible with the app, simply select your preferred activities and difficulty level, and you will be automatically served different challenges each week, which you can take part in solo, with, or against your colleagues – no matter your fitness level. Also, come together and participate in multi-player challenges you select and register for each month.

Sync your fitness tracker or connect to Apple Health, and get moving! Every activity logged via Apple Health or a compatible fitness tracker will automatically generate Activity Points, which will help move your avatar through the virtual world - unlocking levels and earning digital badges as you go.

For completed challenges, you’ll also earn Charity Coins which you can redeem against your preferred charitable causes as part of The Extra Mile programme.
